I am a graduate of Holding Institute 1959. I joined the US Army and spent 3.5 years with Troop "I" 3rd Recon Sqd, 2nd Armor Cavalry in Amberg Germany.

Upon my discharge from the US Army I returned to Laredo Jr. college to finish my A.A. and then transferred to Texas A&I where I graduated in 1971with a degree in Electrical Engineering. I retired from Lockheed in 2002 but was recalled as a contractor with Hernandez Engineering as a Senior Engineer at the Johnson Space Center.

I would be very pleased to give you some history on what I remember of Holding Institute, Laredo TX. We can meet at Jack in the Box today and I shall share my Holding School Albums. Thank you Doc, I love to hear and meet people from Laredo.
